What should I do if I accidentally inserted the incorrect email address on an employee's profile?

If an incorrect email address has been entered on an employee's Basic Profile and no alternative email address is provided, the current email address must be made fictitious.

      Navigate > Employee > Basic Information > Basic Profile > Contact Details

Once an email address is entered on an employee's Basic Profile, the system will not allow the Email Address field to be left empty.
