What is the purpose of the "show company frequency selector column in the add new employee bulk upload template"?
This feature is available on all Deel Local Payroll powered by payspace payroll editions
The company setting gives each organization the flexibility to choose where the frequency field appears in their workflow — either on the Basic Profile or the Pay Rate screen.
This option was introduced because some companies have custom workflows where Positions are before Pay Rates, and moving the frequency selector helps those setups work smoothly. The setting allows each company to decide what works best for their process. It also ensures that users who don’t have access to Pay Rates can still add positions, keeping the workflow efficient and accessible.
Navigate > Config > Basic Settings > Company Settings > General Settings > Employee Settings
Enabling the setting will move the 'Frequency' column on the Pay Rate sheet on the Bulk Upload template to the Basic Profile sheet.
Navigate > Bulk Actions
Note
This setting would need to be disabled if employees are added via the On/Off Boarding screen
