Bulk Entries functionality allows you to capture or import information for more than one employee at a time.

Bulk Entries for Recurring and Once Off Components
To process Bulk entries for once-off components select the Screen Type as Employee and the Action Type as Payslips.
Download the MS Excel Spreadsheet by selecting the Download Template option.
Process the once-off components on the excel spreadsheet and upload the completed sheet.
To process Bulk entries for recurring components select the Screen Type as Employee and the Action Type as Recurring Payroll Component, select the relevant Payslip Action and the Recurring Payroll Component you want to add.
Download the MS Excel Spreadsheet by selecting the Download Template option.
Process the recurring components on the excel spreadsheet and upload the completed sheet.
The recurring template will only allow you to upload recurring components for the component selected when downloading the template.
Compulsory fields are marked with an asterisk on the Excel Template.
Posting Bulk Entries without a MS Excel Spreadsheet
Selecting the + option will allow you to process Bulk Entries on screen without using a MS Excel Spreadsheet.
When selecting the + icon a new empty line item will appear that can be completed on the Bulk Actions Screen.
Select the relevant options by selecting the relevant block and choose the action from the dropdown list.
The History button does not display information of bulk data that was posted without a MS Excel Spreadsheet.
