What is the function of the Leave Averaging Income Setup screen?
This feature is available on all PaySpace editions.
According to the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA), when an employee is terminated, the BCEA annual leave balance should be paid out based on BCEA Remuneration. Select the components (and specify over how may months each component should be averaged) that should be included in BCEA Remuneration calculation on the Leave Averaging Income Setup screen.
Navigate > Configuration > Human Resources > Leave Administration > Leave Averaging Income Setup
Note! The Leave Averaging Income Setup screen is only applicable when the following advanced option has been selected when the Annual leave type is configured or edited on the Leave Scheme Parameters screen.
