How do I setup a Long Service Annual leave bucket?

This feature is available on all PaySpace editions.

Make use of the following steps and complete the rest of the Leave Scheme Parameters screen according to your company's leave policy regarding Long Service Annual Leave and save your changes.

      Navigate > Configuration > Human Resources > Leave Administration > Leave Scheme Parameters

Step 1: Select the relevant Leave Scheme.

      

Step 2: Specify the effective date.

       

Step 3: Select the Leave Type as Special.

      

Step 4: Specify the Leave description as Annual Long Service Leave.

      

Step 5: Complete the rest of the Leave Scheme Parameter fields according to your company's leave policy regarding Long Service Annual Leave and save your changes.

      

Note!

     The Lite payroll edition provides a more restricted view of the advanced options section.
