How do I setup BCEA Leave Liability to calculate based on BCEA Remuneration?
This feature is available on the Premier and Master payroll edition.
The system will by default apply the BCEA Remuneration as specified on the Leave Averaging Income Setup screen to calculate the Leave Value.
Edit the relevant Annual Leave Scheme and expand extra options and select the component that governs Leave Liability as "Use BCEA".
Navigate > Human Resources > Leave Administration > Leave Scheme Parameters
Select the components to calculate the BCEA Remuneration on the Leave Averaging Income Setup screen and specify the number of months over which to average the components and save your changes.
Navigate > Human Resources > Leave Administration > Leave Averaging Income Setup
The Leave Value will display on the employees Leave Balances screen.
