Senegal | Extension of deadline for annual summary statements (salaries and third parties)

Senegal’s Directorate General of Taxes and Domains, via an official press release, has announced an extension of the deadline for filing annual summary statements for the 2025 financial year.


What is changing
Extension of filing deadline for annual summary statements

  • The deadline for filing annual summary statements covering salaries and payments to third parties for the 2025 financial year is extended until 31 March 2026.
  • This applies to taxpayers and users required to submit états récapitulatifs annuels des sommes versées.

Access to the filing platform

  • A new access link will be made available to allow submission of annual declarations.

Deadline for regularisations under Article 186 of the CGI

  • Regularisations provided for under Article 186 of the General Tax Code must be declared and paid no later than 15 February 2026.
  • This deadline is not extended.
