The payslip warnings feature provides a centralised view of all warning notifications related to payroll processing. This helps users efficiently track and manage warnings at a company or frequency level.

Overview
Payslip warnings were traditionally only visible on individual payslips when accessing specific employee records. Additionally, pay runs could be closed with existing warnings, making it difficult to monitor all active warnings across a company.
To improve visibility, a warning icon with a notification pop-up in the top navigation bar displays a summary of all payslip warning types for open runs.
Types of Warnings Displayed
- System warnings in calculations.
- Component-specific warnings, such as JavaScript-based warnings
Key Features of the Warnings Notification Pop-Up
Company Count
- Displays the count of each specific warning type per open run across all frequencies.
- This count reflects the total occurrences of each warning type, not the number of individual employees affected.
Grouped by Warning Message
- Payslip warning tiles are grouped by message, showing the total employee count per warning type for the logged-in frequency.
Calculation Warnings Report
- Users can download a Calculation Warnings Report, which includes all warnings for open runs in the current frequency.
Access Restrictions
- Only employees within the Organisation Units and Regions the user has permission to access will be included in the warnings pop-up notification and report.
This function ensures better payroll oversight and simplifies the management of payslip warnings across multiple frequencies and open runs.
