Ivory Coast | How Can I Exempt An Employee From The National Health Scheme (CMU) On PaySpace?

CMU Employee Exemption note component on the system can be used if the user does not want the CMU deduction and company contribution to calculate on the system.

Navigate via Config > Payroll > Payroll Config > Payroll Components > 'If you would like to add a new component click here' to add the component to the frequency's list of payroll components.


Once the component has been added to the list of payroll components, please navigate via Employee > Payroll Processing > Recurring Payroll Components and add the component under the Notes Tab:


Indicate the value of this field as '1' to exempt the employee from CMU.
