Madagascar | How to Exempt employee records from Health Organization Contributions
Within the Madagascar country, Health Organizations are allocated based on the region of the employer and where employees will be located in ordinary days of work.
Unique scenarios can determine that specific employees would be exempt from contributing to any form of Health Organization.
To activate the exemption on employee records, navigate to Employee > Basic Information > Basic Profile
From the Statutory fields section, the Select the Health Organization for the employee field can be set to None from the drop down list provided.
Once the field is set to none, the Health Organization Components will no longer calculate on the employee payslips.
