How do I setup an Employment Equity Plan?

A company's Employment Equity plan is configured on the Employment Equity Setup screen.

      Navigate > Configuration > Human Resources > Employment Equity > Employment Equity Setup

Step 1: Select the option + New Equity Plan to create a new employment equity plan.



Step 2: Complete the parameters on the Employment Equity Setup Screen and save your changes.



Thereafter, the Employment Equity plan can be viewed on the Employment Equity Plan screen.

      Navigate > Configuration > Human Resources > Employment Equity > Employment Equity Plan

Step 3: Select the view as Goal, Target or Actual.



Step 4: Select the Goal Period and then proceed to edit the grid and select the file icon to save your changes to the employment equity plan.
