How do I send a reminder to a Directly reports to person prior to an employee’s approved leave start date?
This feature is available on all Deel Local Payroll powered by payspace payroll editions
The ‘Notify the Direct Reports To person this many days before approved leave start’ setting may be enabled, granting users the flexibility to define how many days before an employee’s approved leave start date their manager should receive a reminder email notification.
Navigate > Config > Human Resources > Leave Administration> Leave Settings
Important
- The notification for employees' leave will only be sent based on the number of days specified.
- If no value is set for the number of days, the system will default to sending the notification 5 days prior to the leave start date.
- If the value is set to 0, the system will send the notification on the leave start date.
- The reminder email notification is applicable to all leave types.
