How do I schedule a report?

A report with a customer's defined parameters can be saved (scheduled) for future use. A unique name can be specified to identify the report.

      Navigate > Reports > Reports > Classic

Step 1: Select the relevant report.

      

Step 2: Enable the "tick here if you want to add this report with the selected parameters to your list of scheduled reports:" checkbox to schedule the report. Enter a unique description in the field below to identify the report.

      

Step 3: Click on the "View your list of scheduled reports".

      

Step 4: The scheduled report will reflect on the list of Scheduled Reports.

The scheduled reports feature is only available on the Classic Reports screen and is configured per user profile.
