How do I prevent the system from processing any payroll data for terminated employees?

The system can be configured to stop processing payroll data for terminated employees either immediately or up to two months after their termination date.

1. To stop processing up to two or more months after termination, choose the first setting.
   
2. To stop processing immediately after termination, choose the second setting.

      Navigate > Configuration > Payroll > Payroll Config > Calculation Settings
