How do I ensure that the correct OFO codes and levels are available when creating positions on company level?

The Sector Education and Training Authority (SETA) is based on the Organising Framework for Occupations (OFO). OFO codes are relevant to SETA reporting and BEE Audits.
The version of the OFO codes that apply when creating positions on company level will therefore be specified by the SETA captured on the SDL, UIF, Other tab on the Basic Company Information screen.

Navigate > Config > Basic Settings > Company Settings > Basic Company Information > Statutory Fields
The associated OFO codes and levels will be available under the Other section in a position on the Position Management screen.
Navigate > Config > Human Resources > Organisation Structure > Position Management
Important
The Compliance department updates the OFO codes each year and implements any other new updates as they are introduced.
