How do I configure employee/change request types on company level?
Employee (change) request types have to be created on company level before linking them on employee level.
Navigate > Configuration > Basic Settings > Dropdown Management > Other Dropdowns > Employee Request Type
Company documents that need to be completed and reattached to the request can be uploaded, allowing employees to download them from their Change Request screens.
