How do I configure a workflow path for employee change requests?
Workflow paths need to be configured for each employee request on the Workflow Configuration screen.
Navigate > Configuration > Basic Settings > Company Settings > Workflow Configuration
Step 1: Select "Employee Request" from the "workflow item:" dropdown list.
Step 2: Choose an employee request type from the "employee request type" dropdown list.
Step 3: Base the workflow path on a Workflow Role, Region or Security Role according to the company's specifications.
Step 4: Depending on the option selected in step 3, select the relevant workflow role, region or security role to which the workflow will apply.
Step 5: Specify the "number of steps required:".
Step 6: Configure the steps that the workflow path must follow, and click on the "Save" button.
