FNB ACB Import Error: Totals don’t match the sum of employees
This feature is available on all Deel Local Payroll powered by payspace editions
Disable Hash Totals in FNB:
Ask the client to make the “Hash totaling” option inactive in their FNB banking profile. This is necessary because this specific DLP bank file does not include hash totals.
Export the Bank File from DLP:
Export the FNB ACB bank file as a CSV directly from DLP.
Do not open or edit the CSV file before importing, as this can alter the file structure and cause import errors.
Regenerate and Import:
Request the client to regenerate the banking file from DLP and then import it into FNB.
Following these steps ensures a smooth import without total mismatches.
