Important Comment

Info
A parent form can be completed via the Bulk Actions screen without filling in any Child Library fields.

Child Library forms always include an effective date column to link them to the corresponding parent form with the same date. If the entered effective date does not match an existing parent form, the system will generate the error message: "Effective date must match a parent effective date."
