What is the Template Definition screen used for?

This feature is available on the Premier and Master payroll edition.

The Template Definition screen allows the user to create a scorecard which will be used during the review process.

      Navigate > Configuration > Human Resources > Performance Management > Template Definition

      

It is advisable to keep the number of templates to a minimum to avoid unnecessary maintenance. A template can be created per Process Type or per Job Description or Department to name a few examples.
