Why would directors not reflect on the COIDA Breakdown report?
Directors will not reflect underneath Directors/Members section of the COIDA Breakdown Report if they have not been marked as a director for COIDA on the Basic Profile screen.
Check the employee records of those who need to reflect as directors on the COIDA Report and ensure that the "Director for COIDA" checkbox is marked.
Navigate > Employee > Basic Information > Basic Profile > Employee Details > Statutory Fields
If the tick have been marked the director for COIDA will reflect on the report as expected.
