Why is the Test or Live CSV File not available for download?
This feature is available on all Deel Local Payroll powered by payspace editions
If the Test or Live CSV File is not available for download on the history grid after selecting the "Save and Retrieve" button, the delay could be due to a large number of tax files being exported for the Annual Tax submission. The file size may also be a factor in the delay.
Navigate > Reports > Tax Certificate Run
Refresh the Tax Certificate Run screen under Reports to check if the file becomes available.
Alternatively, select "view file creation progress".
If the CSV file still hasn't been generated after multiple attempts, contact support@payspace.com.
