How do I generate the Live CSV file?
The Live CSV file can be generated and downloaded from the Tax Certificate Run screen.
Navigate > Reports > Reports > Tax Certificate Run
Step 1: Select "retrieve file and reports for February" from the "what would you like to do:" drop down.
Navigate > Reports > Reports > Tax Certificate Run
Step 1: Select "retrieve file and reports for February" from the "what would you like to do:" drop down.
Step 2: Select the tax year period for which the Live CSV file will be created.

Step 3: Navigate to the "Year End Tax File" category on the screen, choose "LIVE" from the drop-down and select "Save and Retrieve File".
The following message will appear at the top centre of the screen.
Step 4: Refresh and access the Tax Certificate Run screen to access and download the generated Live CSV file, which will be stored under the "File History" grid at the bottom of the screen.
