Why is the EMP201 report returning blank?
This applies to all PaySpace editions.
The EMP201 report will return blank if any of the following conditions are met:
- The SARS contact person last name and first name on the company's Basic Information screen: Statutory Fields tab have not been completed.
Navigate > Configuration > Basic Settings > Company Settings > Basic Company Information > Statutory Fields
- If a Business Partner level user does not have access to the relevant frequency within the company to extract the report, they need to be selected on the User Profile screen.
Navigate > Configuration > Security > Security > User Profile
- Also check that no organisation units have been selected on the EMP201 report parameters screen.
Navigate > Reports > Reports > Nextgen > Legislative
