Why is the EMP201 report returning blank?
This feature is available on all Deel Local Payroll powered by payspace payroll editions
The EMP201 report will return blank due to the below possible reasons:
- The SARS contact person last name and first name on the company's Basic Information screen: Statutory Fields tab have not been completed.
Navigate > Configuration > Basic Settings > Company Settings > Basic Company Information > Statutory Fields > Statutory Fields
- If a Business Partner level user does not have access to the relevant frequency within the company to extract the report.
Navigate > Configuration > Security > Security > User Profiles
- Also check that no organisation units have been selected on the EMP201 report parameters screen.
Navigate > Reports > Reports > Nextgen > Legislative
