Why is an employees banking details not reflecting on their PDF payslip?

There are two possible reasons as to why an employees banking details will not reflect on the PDF payslip.

Scenario 1: The net pay on the Edit Payslip screen is zero. By system design, the banking details will not reflect on the PDF payslip if the net pay for the period is zero.

      Navigate > Employee > Payroll Processing > Edit Payslip

      

Scenario 2: The employee has a secondary bank account captured with the percentage split of 100% or amount split by the full amount.

When splitting by either Amount or Percentage, the payslip will show the main bank account details by default. 

      Navigate > Employee > Basic Information > Banking Details

When splitting by Percentage and the additional bank account is set to 100%, the payment to the main bank account will be zero and it will not display on the payslip.

      

      

When splitting by Amount and the additional bank account is set to the full amount, the payment to the main bank account will be zero and it will not display on the payslip.
