Why are certain company level users unable to edit employees' current information on their profile?

The "Edit Historical Records" user profile setting can be enabled to allow users access to update historical data as needed for proper record management.

Enabling this setting will allow the applicable user to update historical records for screens such as the Position, Pay Rate Details, Suspension, Dependents and Projects employee screens.


      Navigate > Configuration > Security > Security > User Profiles > Other
