Where is the HRMC Payment Record stored?

The HMRC Payment Record refers to a record of payments made to HMRC (His Majesty's Revenue and Customs) by an employer, typically covering statutory deductions from employees and employer liabilities. This record helps ensure compliance with UK tax and payroll regulations.
It includes deductions such as Income Tax (PAYE), National Insurance contributions, student loan repayments, and other statutory amounts. This record helps ensure accurate and timely submissions and payments to HMRC and is typically used to reconcile monthly or quarterly liabilities. It forms part of Real Time Information (RTI) reporting, alongside submissions like FPS and EPS.
The HRMC Payment Record screen can be accessed from the left menu under the Interface Portal option from the top menu.
