United Kingdom | Full Payment Submission User Credentials Failed Validation

A Full Payment Submission may fail if the user credentials do not pass validation. To resolve this issue, users should ensure that their company credentials are correctly entered on the RTI dashboard admin screen.

Once the correct credentials are provided, the error will be cleared, and the submission will be successful.

The details are saved and stored once entered. Users should regularly check the admin screen to confirm that the credentials have been recorded, especially if they experience any login issues. Users are advised to avoid copying and pasting credentials.

These credentials are the same ones used for logging into HMRC.
