What might be a possible reason for a payroll run not successfully closing?
This applies to all PaySpace editions.
A run error may be preventing a run from being closed.
Run errors will be displayed on the top right hand corner of the title bar and can be viewed by clicking on the exclamation icon.
Navigate > Payroll cycle > Payslip Pay Dates
