What is the reason for the employee's Enrolment Status being marked as 'Excluded'?

What is the reason for the employee's Enrolment Status being marked as 'Excluded'?

If the employee's Auto enrolment exclusion reason is set to anything other than 'None', their Enrolment status will automatically default to 'Excluded'.
Navigate > Employee > Payroll Processing > Pension
