What is the purpose of the special leave type?
This feature is available on all Deel Local Payroll powered by payspace editions
You can use the Special leave type if your company has a unique leave policy that is not accommodated by the existing leave types.
Navigate > Config > Human Resources > Leave Administration > Leave Scheme Parameters
Select the Special leave type and set the Leave Scheme Parameters according to your company’s policy.
