What does the Custom Payslips feature allow me to do?

The custom payslip feature allows you to:
• Add/remove any fields to the payslip that are available in the exposed API’s
• Change the layout of the payslip by moving fields and sections to your required position
• Change the look and feel of the payslip by making changes to fonts, styles, images and more
• Save the custom payslip to be used on business partner level (for all customers belonging to the BP), country level, company group level, or per company
• Use this payslip only on administrator level (by running the custom payslip report on the reports screen) or activate it to be available on individual employees and ESS
• Use this payslip only on administrator level (by running the custom payslip report on the reports screen) or activate it to be available on individual employees and ESS

Tip: Saving a custom payslip on business partner level, means you can have a customised payslip to your company for all your customers to use. The option is also available on country level, meaning you can have a different payslip configured for each country.

There are no additional costs in using the custom payslip functionality. Each company within a group making use of this functionality, must be on the Master Edition. An option is available to configure a custom payslip on group level, however, running this payslip on an individual company or allowing access to the custom payslip on employee’s profiles, will require the relevant company to be on the Master edition.

Due to no additional cost for this feature, customers and business partners can immediately start making use of this functionality given that they are on the master edition. To upgrade a company to the master edition, please contact sales@payspace.comThis feature can be found under NextGen reports, within the payroll section, namely “Custom Payslip”.
