Can custom payslips be created for employees that do not have email addresses?

A new parameter labelled "Exclude emps with email addresses" has been added to the Custom Payslip Report. When the "Yes" option is selected, then the payslips that are included are limited to employees that do not have an email address, assisting users to generate PDF payslips for employees who don’t access ESS for payslips.
