Vacation/Leave Plan Setup

Here the type of leave and vacation plan that will be used by the system will be configured.

Company Setup > Human Resources > Leave/Vacation Administration > Leave/Vacation Plan Setup



1. Name:

  • Description: Name of the leave scheme (or type of leave) that you want to create or modify. Examples of names might be "CLT Vacation" or "Recess."

  • Field: Here, you enter the name of the new license scheme.

2. Code:

  • Description: A unique code associated with the license scheme. This code can be a number or alphanumeric combination used to identify the schema.

  • Field: Entering a unique code, such as "0001" for "CLT Vacation".

3. Inactive Date:

  • Description: Date on which the license scheme will become inactive. You can set a specific date in case the schema is no longer applicable in the future.

  • Field: Allows you to enter a date to deactivate the license scheme. Leave blank if the schema is active indefinitely.

4. Clear:

  • Description: Button to clear the form fields and start over.

5. Audit Trail:

  • Description: A link or button that allows you to view the history of modifications made to the license scheme. This is useful for tracking who made changes and when.

6. History:

  • Description: Displays a list of the license schemes already configured on the system, along with their respective name and code.

  • Available Actions:

    • Edit: Allows you to modify an existing schema.

    • Delete: Deletes the selected license scheme.

Examples of leave schemes in history:

  • Standard Leave: A standard leave scheme.

  • CLT Vacation: Leave related to regular vacation according to the CLT in Brazil.

  • Recess: A period of rest that can be distinct from vacation.

  • Self-employed: Can indicate a category of leave applied to self-employed workers.
