United Kingdom | How To Check A Full Payment Submission Status
When a Full Payment submission is processed, the file can fail to be successfully submitted and one of the status of the failure of submission can be "Successful submission but failed to cleanup" .
The status can be viewed on the RTI submitted events screen, to view the status of the event click on the eye icon of the respective event under ""Actions as indicated below:
Once opened, scroll to the submission tab at the bottom of the screen and click on the three dots indicated below by the cursor and click on "Batch Results"
On the Batch results, the cause of the submission failure will be provided next to the line "Authentication Failure":
