How can a user reset their password?

This feature is available on all Deel Local Payroll powered by payspace payroll editions

To reset a password, navigate to the login screen and select the Reset password and Submit buttons after inserting the user's email address.

                  

            

 A link will be sent to the user's email address which they will have to follow in order to reset their password.

Important Comment

Ensure that the email address is marked as Active on the User Profile Screen. Emails will not be sent to users that are marked as Inactive.
