RSA: Employment Equity Amendment Act 2022
The Employment Equity Amendment Act, 2022 was published in Government Gazette 48418 on 14 April 2023.
The effective date will be fixed by the President in a Government Gazette. Therefore, even though the Amendment Act has been published, it is not effective yet.
The Employment Equity Amendment Act aims to make several changes to the Employment Equity Act, attached is a document explaining the amendments.
