Niger | Draft Ordinance for the Approval of the Finance Law for 2025

Niger's Ministry of Finance announced that the Council of Ministers adopted the draft ordinance for the approval of the Finance Law for the 2025 Budget Year on 31 December 2024. The ordinance and finance law must still be finalised and approved before taking effect. There are no proposed changes to payroll taxes. As of 1 January 2025, the current payroll tax regulations will remain in effect until further notice.
