Ivory Coast | Draft Finance Law 2025

The General Directorate of Budget and Finance has issued the Draft Finance Law for the 2025 tax year, which is currently undergoing review and awaits approval. At this time, there are no amendments to the Tax on Salaries and Wages, and the Guaranteed Interprofessional Minimum Wage (SMIG) has not been revised.

All existing payroll regulations will continue to be in effect as of January 1, 2025, until further notice.
