Namibia | How do I set up the tax certificate prefix and numbers?

In Namibia, when you register for laser tax certificates, you are issued with a specific tax certificate number from where you should start printing the
certificates. This number has a prefix of 1 -3 alpha-only characters and is completed with numeric numbers, e.g., K5167225.

The alphabetic characters is the prefix, which is captured on the Pay Frequency screen. The numbers that follow is the tax certificate number, which is captured on the Custom Forms screen.

Step 1: Capture the tax certificate number prefix.

      Navigate > Configuration > Payroll > Payroll Config > Pay Frequencies

      
 
Step 2: Capture the tax certificate number. 

      Navigate > Configuration > Basic Settings > General Company > Custom Forms

      

Note! The tax certificate prefixes are frequency-dependent.
