Madagascar | How to add multiple minimum wage rates for the statutory Health Organizations calculation
Scenarios can arise where the requirement for different minimum wage rates are applicable in different sectors and industries.
To add minimum wage rates other than the system default rate users can navigate to Config > Basic Settings > Dropdown Management > Component Table Configuration
To add the minimum wage rate to employee records, the Minimum Wage Rate note component can be added to the company list of components.
The minimum wage rate component is added to employee records using the recurring payroll component screen which will use the selected minimum wage rate instead of the national default rate.
