How does a conversation on Pacey work?
All conversations on Pacey are measured in 24-hour increments, or "sessions", that start whenever the user sends the first message to Pacey. The user can send as many messages as they like and engage with Pacey as often as required within the 24-hour window. Should they start another conversation after the initial 24 hours, this would be a second conversation.
If the employee initiates a conversation with Pacey saying "Hi" at 13:00 on 1 August, the employee can initiate with Pacey as many times as they want within a 24 hour period. If the employee then proceeds to start a conversation with Pacey again on 2 August at 13:00 it will count as a second conversation.
The employees will only be able to initiate in as many conversations as the company has subscribed to within a month. The company can choose between 5,10, 20 or 30 conversations per calendar month, per employee.
