How do I set up a claim component that allows employees to submit claims via ESS?

This feature is available on the Premier and Master edition

Make use of the following steps to configure claim components which will allow employees to submit claims via ESS.

Step 1: Ensure that the component that will be used in the claim is created on company level.



Step 2: Configure the Claim Component Settings screen.

Step 3: Review and edit the claim related company settings according to the company's policy if necessary.

      Navigate > Configuration > Payroll > Payroll Config > Claim Settings 

      

Step 5: An employee will be able to submit a claim (in this instance for Overtime @ 1.5) via their Claims screen on ESS.

      Navigate > Claims

      

Important! Claims submitted and approved via ESS automatically commit to the employee’s Edit Payslip screen.
