How do I resubmit the UIF Declaration File to the Department of Labour?

The UIF Declaration File can be resent to the Department of Labour by clicking on the "Regenerate File" link on the Classic Reports screen. 

      Navigate > Reports > Reports > Reports (Classic) Legislative > UIF Declaration File

      

Note! By default, Payspace automatically sends a company's UIF Declaration File to the Department of Labour on the 7th of each month. Alternatively, users may download the file and email it directly to the Department of Labour at declarations@uif.gov.za.
