How do I resolve the KPI error: "This sections KPI's do not equal 100%" ?

This feature is available on Premier and Master editions

The error "This sections KPI's do not equal 100%" will display because the KPI on the Template Section does not equal 100%.

      Navigate > Config > Human Resources > Performance Management > Template Definition

Step 1: Select the template.

 

Step 2: Click on the "Template Section/ Questions Tab" and ensure that all the sections add up to 100%.

      

If the sections do not add up to 100, select the Section and change the weighting that both sections added together equals 100.
