How do I resolve the following payslip error: Negative net pay on payslip - user adjustment advised?
This feature is available on all PaySpace editions.
To resolve the following payslip/run error, ensure that the totals of the Allowances and Deductions payslip sections have the same value. To do so, insert a negative value with the balancing amount to the Advised Deduction component.
Ensure that the Advised Deduction component is configured on company level by following steps below:
Step 1: Search for and create the required component.
Navigate > Configuration > Payroll > Payroll Config > Payroll Components
Step 2: Add the Advised Deduction component on the employee's Edit Payslip screen.
Navigate > Employee > Payroll Processing > Edit Payslip
