How do I resolve the error: "No pay run has been created for the selected dates, please contact your payroll or HR administrator." when applying for future dated leave?

This applies to all PaySpace editions.

This error cannot be resolved until the system automatically generates the runs for the upcoming tax year, therefore the leave application cannot be attached to a run that does not yet exist.
