How do I process an ETI Take-On?

Where a new company and/or frequency is registered on the system during the tax year, you have the option to process year-to-date figures on an employee’s record. The purpose of processing an ETI Take On, is to display ETI data correctly in the CSV Tax File. It is also used to ensure the Note component: ETI Period Count, tracks the qualifying periods correctly, going forward. 

Process the monthly ETI data, excluding the current live run's ETI data, per employee for each qualifying month in the current tax year.

      Navigate > Bulk Actions

Select the Action Type, Employee ETI Take On. Download an empty MS Excel template.

      

Once downloaded, open the Employee ETI Take-On Template. The template will be available in the Downloads Folder.

      

Note!  The ETI Take-On needs to be completed on a month-by-month basis on the Excel template seperately per line item for every month for each employee. If the employee is on a weekly frequency the ETI Take-on still needs to be completed on a month-by-month basis per line item.
