How do I prevent users from viewing the leave value and leave value calculation columns on the Leave Balances screen?
To prevent employee and/or company-level users from viewing the leave value and leave value calculation columns on the Leave Balances screen, edit the permissions on the relevant security role and deny access to the columns on the Employee menu branch.
Navigate > Configuration > Security > Security > Security Role > add/edit/view permissions
