How do I log a ticket with Support?

This feature is available on all Deel Local Payroll powered by payspace payroll editions
A Support ticket can be submitted directly from the system.

Click on the avatar icon on the far right end of the Title bar & select "How can we help?".

          

Select "Submit a Ticket" from the bottom of the window, then insert the relevant information as per the fields displayed, before clicking on the "Submit" button.
